Ruben "RUBINO" Villarroel's NOREG have secured a spot at the WESG EU & CIS Finals after beating VITALIS 2-0.

Prior to reaching the grand final of the Baltics & Scandinavia qualifier, NOREG, featuring some of Norway's most experienced players, raised eyebrows by defeating HAVU on two maps despite Otto "⁠ottoNd⁠" Sihvo and Aleksi "⁠Aleksib⁠" Virolainen finishing the series with the highest number of kills.

In the final, the Norwegian side took on VITALIS, who had moved past CHAOS 2-1 in the previous round. NOREG got off to a great start to the series as they picked up Inferno 16-8 following a strong CT display in the second half, in which they conceded just two rounds.  

RUBINO and jkaem's mixture have made it to the WESG EU & CIS Finals

NOREG carried their momentum into their own map pick, Mirage, and strolled to a 10-5 lead on the CT side. VITALIS still found a lifeline by taking the first two rounds of the second half, but the Norwegians took control of the game after buying up, locking down the map at 16-8.
